First Timer's Welcome

  • please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in
  • drink plenty of water the entire day before and after you take class
  • Come on an empty stomach
  • Dress as if you were going to the beach – light, fitted exercise clothing work fine. Avoid baggy T-shirts and pants
  • Mat and Towels available on loan for first class and available for rent thereafter

Welcome to Bikram Yoga in beautiful Lake County.

We offer classes everyday in our studio, with knowledgeable, enthusiastic, Bikram Certified Teachers.

Whether you are new to yoga or are an experienced student, each class is designed to maximize the benefits of Bikram Yoga for you, no matter where you are in your practice.

The studio is in one of the most beautiful areas of California. We are close to many hiking destinations as well as local hot springs, lakes for boating and recreation and farms with local produce.
